PE sheets are available in our warehouse in different shapes and colors.
PE-LD (low density) is usually provided in white rolls, with height of 1000 mm and a range of lengths that vary depending on depths:
Rigid PE-HD (high density) is provided in sheets in different shapes that vary depending on color and molecular weight (which makes the abrasion process more resistant or less resistant):
We perform cutting to size and CNC operations on all sheets.
50 m for 0,5 mm depth
30 m for depth from 1 to 1,5 mm
20 m for depth from 2 to 3 mm.
This type of material is easily cut and good for gaskets production. It is also non-toxic, therefore suitable for any alimentary purpose.
1000 x 2000 and 1500 x 3000 with a depth range from 1 to 30 mm for white, black and green PE with molecular weight 300.000.
We also have rectified pressed sheets (devoid of internal tensions), with molecular weigth 500.000, available in size 1020 x 2020 and 1220 x 3030, depth range from 10 to 100 mm, white and black.
The molecular weight of the green one in the same shape is 1.000.000.
